Event Details

August 26th and 27th, at 1pm and 6pm both days, the Public Service Commission will be hosting Virtual Public Statement Hearings, to hear public opinions about the NYSEG and RG&E rate case proposals.

NYSEG has proposed to raise our electric delivery rates 25% over the next 20 months, and a much more modest 2.6% increase in gas delivery rates.

Sign Up for an online “teach-in” to learn about the NYSEG rate case proposals, and to provide background for comments you might wish to make.

Login to the webex page as before, using the event number provided. Then, on the right side enter your name and the password provided below. Or call in using the info also provided below.

Note that there will not be any video – it is an all audio (voice only) meeting and you will be able to hear other participants speak. Your name will be called when it is your turn. Plan for 3 minutes speaking time.
