The Environmental Bond Act provides $4.2 billion in funding for climate and environmental projects across the state including investments in climate change mitigation, restoration and flood risk reduction, open space land conversation and recreation, water quality improvement, and other programs. Key to this investment – 35% of funds must help disadvantaged communities.
