WICE is often characterized by their semiannual conferences. Each spring and fall, membership gathers together for a full day of learning, networking and personal growth with leaders from the industry. Fall conferences are held in the downstate region and spring conferences are held in the upstate region of New York, providing access to membership statewide. Topics of past conferences covered hot issues such as Women in Power: Getting Women to the Boardroom and Leadership in Power, highlighting the NYS Reforming Energy Vision.
