Over the past several week the above students at Columbia University worked on a Integrative Capstone Project:”The Role of Ground Source Heat Pumps in New York State.” They worked on three initatives:

• Overview of Geothermal technology and the current state of the industry
• Best cases of policy and market drivers and barrier
• Scaling the deployment of Geothermal Heat Pumps in NYS.
