NYSERDA’s Offshore Wind team is hosting an educational webinar series to connect the public with independent experts in key topics in offshore wind, including wind farm technologies, development practices, regulatory processes, and research initiatives.

Please join us on Wednesday, September 7 at 10:00 a.m. for an offshore wind webinar as part of NYSERDA’s Learning from the Experts series. Elena Caja, with Oceans Winds (OW), and Beate Hildenbrand, with G+, will discuss the types of emergency response plans that are developed for offshore wind, including best practices, implementation, and who is involved in the process of establishing and executing such response plans. Elena is the Director of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Quality at OW and Beate is the Head of G+ Americas, a global offshore wind health and safety organization.
