The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is inviting you to attend a virtual meeting regarding its evaluation of potential adoption of the following California regulations:  Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT), Heavy-duty Low NOx Omnibus, and Phase 2 Greenhouse Gas Standards.   The virtual meeting will take place on February 17th beginning at 10:00 am.

DEC staff will provide relevant policy background and an overview of each regulation to be followed with a Question and Answer session.  The Department has established a Medium- and Heavy-duty Vehicle mailbox at:  MHDZEVPlan.Air@dec.ny.gov.   Comments related to the potential rulemaking may be submitted to this mailbox.
