ACE NY is hosting NYS Climate Plan Deep Dive – Electricity, a webinar reviewing the Electricity Section of New York’s Climate Scoping Plan, on Thursday, May 18, 11 a.m-12:30 p.m. ET.

Open to the public, this webinar will provide a detailed explanation of the state of the electricity sector in New York, key strategies for decarbonization, and what it means for the future of New Yorkers. Included in the discussion will be policy recommendations for transforming power generation by phasing out fossil fuel facilities and developing more large-scale renewables, enhancing the grid with storage and transmission, and investing in new, clean technologies.
