ElectrifyNY invites you to the upcoming webinar, ISRs: Bringing Proven Pollution Reduction Solutions to Communities, hosted by Earthjustice’s Right to Zero campaign, NYC Environmental Justice Alliance, and People’s Collective for Environmental Justice. The webinar will inform climate and health advocates about ongoing ISR campaigns and how they can be scaled across the country. The event will be held March 6th from 2pm -3pm EST via Zoom.

ISRs target indirect sources of air pollution, such as ports, railyards, and warehouses, and require these sites to reduce health-harming emissions — a tactic that has successfully reduced pollution and stood up to legal challenges. The event will cover the basics of ISRs, highlight current ISR campaigns in New York and California, and provide insights to advocates interested in pursuing ISRs in various regions across the country.
