States have expressed the need for guidance on federal tools and resources to help them pursue federal funding and programs. This webinar, hosted by the Clean Energy States Alliance, will feature free tools developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that can help states with their clean energy grant applications by quantifying the co-benefits of clean energy policies. EPA Senior Utility Policy Analyst Environmental Policy Analyst David Tancabel will help states and relevant stakeholders understand several free, peer-reviewed tools that can help states estimate emissions reductions, monetize and make tangible health and energy resilience economic benefits, while learning to speak the language of utility regulators and decision-makers.
