States are increasingly interested in adopting energy storage policies and programs. In this webinar, CESA Project Director Todd Olinsky-Paul will review the major policies adopted by leading states, discuss their strengths and weaknesses, and identify issues that should be addressed as states seek ways to support energy storage deployment and the development of markets for the services storage can provide.

Policies and issues discussed will include procurement targets, rebates, efficiency plans, storage adders, grant programs, storage in net metering, virtual peakers, clean peak standards, resiliency initiatives and grid modernization. We will also look at results from some of the early-adopter states. There will be time to address questions from the audience.
