New and larger match-free grants for your clean energy projects and brand new High-Impact Actions to get points!

NEW:  Grants under $30,000 will not require a NYSERDA Contract for most project types.

New High-Impact Actions Include:

• Benchmarking – CEC Energy Study Qualification:  Free energy audit for a building of your choice if you benchmark municipal energy use for the two most recent years.
• Build Ready:  Nominate or support site selection for NYERDA’s Build Ready program.
• CDG (community solar, wind, hydro) subscription for municipal electricity accounts.
• Hosting or Owning a Solar Array
• More points for higher greenhouse gas reductions (Clean Energy Upgrades 15% and 20% Reductions)
• Building Demonstrations: Net Zero and Pool Heat Pump
• Thermal Energy Networks:  Get points for both planning for planning and implementation.
• Community Choice Aggregation threshold change:  Get points for 50-100% Renewable CCA (with 100% opt-up option)
• NY Green Bank Project Completion
• Higher incentives for more Electric Vehicles and Charging Stations, and Non-road Electric Vehicles
• Electric Landscaping Equipment
• Municipal Fleet Inventory
