In a special, Massachusetts-focused webinar series, experts will answer your questions about energy storage, the role of batteries in Massachusetts’ decarbonization plans, how to get help developing a battery system, and whatever else you need to know.

This webinar builds on the foundation laid by the previous introductory session, “Batteries 101, Part 1: An Introduction to Energy Storage and Massachusetts’ Battery Storage Programs and Policies.” In Part 2, experts from Massachusetts will dive deeper into the various benefits and applications of battery energy storage systems.

Panelists will discuss how batteries can be configured to replace or phase out existing fossil fuel gas peaker plants, provide grid services and benefits, and bolster resilience in communities.
