Governor Hochul is threatening to weaken New York’s landmark Climate Law through the state budget due April 1. We’ll be in Albany during final negotiations, urging our lawmakers to stand firm: NO CLIMATE LAW ROLLBACKS in the BUDGET!

We can’t afford any more delays—New Yorkers need lower utility bills and real climate solutions. A more affordable, healthier, and climate-resilient New York is within reach, but only if we end our reliance on costly, polluting fossil fuels.
