NYSERDA’s new Clean Energy Communities Leadership Round provides the resources and funding to help you successfully execute and achieve those goals. The CEC program includes a number of high-impact action items that carry CEC points that can add up to grant awards for your jurisdiction. Included as an action item is Energy Code Enforcement Training and Newport is proud to work with NYSERDA to offer Residential and Commercial Energy Code Courses that focus on plan review and compliance, and qualify for 200 CEC points. This day long course carries 8 hours of NYSDOS In-Service Learning Credits.
