The Red Hook Conservation Advisory Council is hosting a nature walk. Join them and learn about Red Hook’s Natural Resource Inventory (NRI) project! This free event includes a short presentation about the NRI with Hudsonia & refreshments! Nature Photo class – 1pm – They’ll be showing people how to shoot nature and also upload photos to their NRI photos site. Nature photography – Learn tips and techniques in this workshop with Pieter Estersohn for taking great photographs of the natural world around Red Hook.

Natural history walk -1pm: Land use history – Explore the natural and land-use history of Montgomery Place in this walk with Henry Woods and learn what makes this landscape special.

Presentation on the NRI project from Hudsonia – 2 pm
