Feature Presentation:
Tony Lisanti of Integral Building and Design will present a brief overview of the PHIUS+ 2018 standards and changes, PHIUS requirements for air tightness testing, changes to prerequisite programs such as Energy Star and Indoor AirPLUS and some highlights of the PHIUS QA/QC issues found when review projects for final certification.

Parking Directions:
Navigate to 124 Main street – The Pine Professional Center (a white and green sign), parking lot. If you are going to One EPIC Place, go to your right after entering the parking lot and park behind the large brick building (this is the main EPIC building). If you are going to The EPIC Loft, park anywhere in the lot (except where signs prohibit parking). The EPIC Loft is in the rear building on the second floor. You can enter via the stairs all the way to the left of the building, or you may use the interior entrance via the first floor – once inside go up the stairs and then all the way to your left. There is a handicap accessible elevator available in the interior entrance.
